My name is Pam and I am one of the founders of the O'Fallon Photo Club. We held our very first meeting in March 2003, so going into our sixth year I thought we were ready for our own website. Here it is. Besides my obvious love of photography I also enjoy cooking, reading, listening to good music and thinking up ways to get my little grandkids to use their imagination. My photography background: I have been a serious photographer since 1979 when I got my first SLR, a Minolta SRT200. I learned old school, all manual. Today I shoot with a Canon 20D and Canon 40D. I retired from shooting weddings, which I loved to do but the work is too hard for me now. These days I stick to shooting people. All ages, from newborn to the elderly. I love to shoot them all. I am fairly proficient in Photoshop and love learning new techniques in the new age "darkroom". My business website is Pam Landolt Photography. I have a blog, Postcards from Pam , which I try to keep updated daily if you're the least bit interested to read my ramblings.
